1 out of 5 stars Didn't work for us.   August 22, 2010
Just a guy
We had problems from the start with this device. Our other D-link products worked great but this one would never recognize any network that we hooked it to. Maybe it was a bad day at the manufacturer

5 out of 5 stars Great Modem/Router   June 18, 2010
A. Basulto (Bay Area)
It is a great alternative to modems offered by your ISP, offers much more flexibility being a modem with a router. The ease of use depends on your knowledge about networking if you're going to use the routing part, if only the modem is what you're going to use, it is easy to set up and in 10 to 15 minutes you're done. Although many ISPs want you to but their modems only and reluctantly provide support if any for anything they don't carry.

3 out of 5 stars Easy to use but does not perform well   May 11, 2010

OK Short and sweet.

I have some other D-link branded products and really like them but this was really disappointing. For some reason this modem will not hold the connection speed with my DSL. I have had the line tested by AT&T and they say it's fine. The modem will come up at full speed at then within a few hour drop down to a crawl. It then needs to be rebooted to get the connection back up. I have review all the IP traffic and it is nothing to do with my local network. I switched to similar product from Netgear and the problem went away.

5 out of 5 stars Great Modem, Easy set-up   May 9, 2010
Mark Wilson (boise,idaho)
Just what I needed to replace my leased modem from my crappy ISP. Set-up was easier to do on this then it was on my ISP's modem, even with their "technical" help. Kind of crazy when I know more then the technician of an ISP. Great modem!

5 out of 5 stars Works for me   April 17, 2010

Works for me with Yahoo! DSL. I've used it for over 6 months with no real problems. Was pretty easy to setup and goes down rarely. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product. Can't say much more than that.
