This router is as good as the top of the line ones. I do not know what everyone is complaining about, but I have had it for 3 months and have had no problems whatsoever. Consistently Strong connections, with ZERO dropped connections. I have had it on for 3 months straight, and experienced no overheating at all; it doesn't even get warm. Don't listen to all these winers, this router is awesome.

It does a better job than my previous 802.11g (TEW-432BRP) router but still far below their advertised performance numbers (i.e. 12x speed and 4x coverage). The signal get weaker quickly when moving my wireless laptop (equipped with TEW-644UB adapter) farther away or to a different room separated by multiple walls.

I was very pleasured using this router among 3 month but lightning storm destroyed my WAN port! br /Wireless and LAN are still working. br /It would be nice if this router had some protection against lightning like grounding or something similar. br /Does anyone know about such protection in other routers? br /Unfortunately, looks like I'm gonna through it out. Someone give me my money back :)

works very well if you use Ethernet, but the wireless drop from time to time, and hates when a smart phone try to connect. the only disappointment i have is the security which ones i put it on i cant connect and have to reset and take security off to use internet.

I took a chance on this one. The setup instructions need a lot of work. It's easy for an experienced person as they will be able to fill in the missing information from their experience. I think that the manufacturer should sit down with a novice and review their instructions. br /Once you get it setup everything works great. Faster connection to the internet than my last Linksys wireless router which failed. A great price compared to the other brands. br /
